TUITON ASSISTANCE
A Catholic education is an investment in the academic and spiritual growth of your child(ren). We know that for many families this requires a considerable financial commitment. Through the generousity of the parish, the Catholic Education Fund, and other donors we are able to offer tuition assistance. In additon to the sources named above, Holy Name Catholic School, also relies on tuition collected to meet operating expenses. For this reason we expect all families to take their family contribution to tuition seriously. We also ask that you support the school and parish with your time, talent, and treasure. There are opportunities available throughout the school year, such as the Ice cream Social and chocolate sale, where your help is needed.
Tuition Assistance Application
Families applying for financial aid will fill out the FACTS Grant & Aid application online and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

Holy Name partners with other organizations to offer students outside scholarships. Below is a list. When registering we will ask questions to see if you are eligible for any of these as well.

Payment Plan Information
Holy Name of Jesus Catholic School requires all families to enroll in automatic payment withdrawal (ACH) through FACTS Tuition Management. This can be done with monthly, semi-annual, or annual payment plans. Families will need to enroll in ACH by June 30th or the first day of school for your child, whichever comes first. You will do this on your own after you receive your financial aid information and agree to the family contribution amount.

There is a $43 FACTS enrollment fee for each family regardless if the payment plan is monthly, semi-annual, or annual.
Free & Reduced Lunch Program
Holy Name participates in the federal free/reduced school nutrition program. If you are interested, please fill out the attached application.
