We believe a Catholic education should be within reach for every family. That’s why we’re committed to working personally with each family to find a path that works for them and helps make a Holy Name education attainable.

Apply For Tuition Assistance

Step 01

Complete the FACTS Application

Submit your financial assistance application online through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

Step 02

Provide Your Documentation

FACTS will let you know which supporting documents are needed to complete your application.

Step 03

Review Your Financial Assistance

Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive information about your financial assistance and your family's expected contribution.

Your Family's Tuition Contribution

Holy Name relies on tuition to help meet the school's operating expenses. While we work to make Catholic education accessible, we also ask each family to take their tuition contribution seriously and participate in the life of our school and parish.

Choose the Payment Plan That Works for Your Family

All Holy Name families are required to enroll in automatic payment withdrawal (ACH) through FACTS Tuition Management.

Families may choose from three payment schedules:

Monthly, Semi-Annual, Annual

After receiving your financial assistance information and agreeing to your family's contribution amount, you will enroll in your selected FACTS payment plan.

Free & Reduced School Nutrition

Holy Name participates in the federal Free and Reduced School Nutrition Program for families who qualify. If your family is interested in participating, you may complete the school nutrition application.

Cafeteria Application

Love of God, Love of Neighbor, and Love of Learning.
